Unresponsive Customer Service: Unjust Account Closure on Facebook


It's really hard to get in touch with you. I'm not sure if the Facebook team reads this post. I've sent a bunch of emails, but I haven't gotten any replies. I want to ask the Facebook team something: is it really hard to set up a customer service team? You need to have a customer service number so that people can get their issues resolved fast. You have not treated me fairly. You closed my account for no reason, even though I've been using it since 2009. If you let me send the second form I have to submit, I can show that I follow Facebook's rules. The Facebook team should focus on attracting more people instead of driving them away.
