Facebook Removed Me as Admin of My News Page Without Any Warning

I was removed from the admin position on my Facebook news page, which I’ve been managing for about 4 years and has nearly 14,000 followers. The page is still active, but it no longer appears in my pages panel, and I’ve completely lost access. I did not receive any warning, notification, or explanation from Facebook about this change. I’ve checked all related emails and account settings, but nothing seems to indicate what went wrong. No one else had access to my account, so I don’t understand how this could have happened. How can I regain access? How does something like this even happen? I want this issue to be resolved.
