Facebook Messenger Face Verification Keeps Failing

I have been experiencing a face verification problem on Facebook Messenger for approximately 15 days. The app repeatedly asks me to complete face verification, and even though I have taken and submitted the requested photos multiple times, the process never finishes. Instead, the same verification screen keeps appearing over and over again.

During this process, I have also been unable to find any support channel where I can see what is causing the error or speak with someone who can help me. Even after following the in-app instructions, the problem has not been resolved, and I am no longer able to use my account normally.

I request that Facebook review the photos I submitted for face verification, complete the verification process, and restore my Messenger account so that I can use it normally again as I did before. I kindly ask that this issue and the inconvenience I have experienced be resolved as soon as possible.
