Facebook App Won’t Load on iPhone 13 Despite Working Internet
From December 18 to December 19, when I tried to log in to my Facebook account on my iPhone 13, the app wouldn’t load the home screen at all, as if my internet connection were turned off. After waiting a day and trying again, the app then started showing a direct internet connection error. This is the second time this has happened to me, and I’m honestly tired of dealing with such ridiculous issues in the app of such a large company.
While the app keeps saying “your internet connection is not available,” I’m able to access all other apps without any problems at the same time. The issue is clearly limited to the Facebook app itself. On top of that, the in-app help/support section also won’t open, so I have no way to report the problem to Facebook through the app.
What I’m asking from Facebook is that this error be fixed as soon as possible, that I be able to access both my account and the app’s home screen without any issues, and that the necessary technical improvements be made to prevent this problem from happening again.
