Facebook Account Suspended for No Reason

Without my knowledge, the suspension of my Facebook account for the next 180 days has begun. Despite the fact that I haven't made any changes to my account recently, I am currently unable to log in. It does not matter how many times you try to recover your account, you cannot access it. Even though I am unable to access the notifications in Messenger, I am still receiving them. This circumstance requires immediate attention and resolution. It's especially surprising to me given how recently I created my account because I've never seen such nonsense before. I'd appreciate it if you could bring back up my account as soon as possible. I have not broken any of the guidelines outlined in the user agreement. Thank you.
