Expert Option Payment Not Showing After Bank Transfer

On February 23, 2026, around 1:04 a.m., I transferred $10 to my Expert Option account through Türkiye Transfer Bankası. After the transaction, the money appeared neither in my bank account nor in my Expert Option account.
I have the transaction receipt, and when I contacted customer service, they told me to send the details by email. Even though I sent the email exactly as requested, I have not received any response for about a week, and customer service has not been helpful in resolving the issue.
Because my money has effectively disappeared and the customer service team has been unresponsive, I have been placed at a serious disadvantage. I request that the failed transaction be investigated and that the $10 be refunded to my bank account as soon as possible.
