Fund Is Not Credited To My Binomo Balance
On 25 February 2026, I made a deposit of 1,498.24 via UPI to my Binomo account. The amount was successfully debited from my bank, but it has not been reflected in my Binomo balance. After noticing that the money was deducted but not credited, I contacted support and was simply told to wait for a refund. However, the issue has still not been resolved and my funds remain stuck, even though the transaction was completed from the bank side. I request that this matter be resolved urgently and that my amount of 1,498.24 be refunded to my bank account immediately.
