Expedia Invoice Issue Not Resolved

I booked a hotel through the Expedia app and requested an invoice after my stay. Unfortunately, contacting them has been a nightmare! The only phone number listed is for an international line, which likely comes with additional charges. The "invoice" they sent me through their website is just a receipt with no invoice number or even the hotel's tax ID. This is completely unacceptable! Expedia is making it incredibly difficult to get a proper invoice, which I need for various reasons. I demand that Expedia contact me immediately and send me a real invoice.
