I Can’t Access Ewa English Subscription After Paying $99.90

On March 7, 2026, I clicked on an Ewa English advertisement on Instagram and purchased a 12-month subscription for $99.90 USD through their official website. I made the payment using my Garanti Bank credit card, and a total of $142 was charged to my card. During the purchase process, only my name and surname were requested, and no additional confirmation or clear information was provided.

After completing the purchase, I opened the app and clicked the “synchronize” button, but I received an error. At that moment, I noticed that the same subscription price had dropped first to 2,499 TRY (about $78) and then to $31. Due to this significant and sudden price difference, I wanted to exercise my 14-day right of withdrawal and cancel my subscription. On the same day, I contacted support both through the app and via email, shared my credit card statement, and explained the situation. However, I did not receive any response—positive or negative—and my cancellation request was effectively ignored.

Additionally, after purchasing the subscription, I was not given any option to create a username or password, so I cannot log into my account. When I try to create a password, the webpage does not load at all, which prevents me from accessing the service I paid for. In summary, I have been negatively affected both by the excessive price difference and by not being able to access the service.

I am requesting that this issue be resolved immediately, that my subscription be canceled, and that the full amount of $99.90 USD (charged as approximately $142) be refunded to my credit card without delay.
