Ewa English Didn't Refund My Fee

I purchased an Ewa English application subscription via the link on your website that I accessed from an Instagram advertisement on 15 March 2026, for approximately 50 USD. Before purchasing, I saw in both the Instagram advertisement and on your website that there is a 14‑day refund right. Relying on this information, I started using the application, but I did not like it and decided to use my refund right. Within 1–2 days after the purchase, I submitted a refund request through the in‑app support section. When I did not receive any response, I wrote again, and then once more, but I still have not received any reply to my refund requests. My 14‑day refund period has not expired, yet my requests are being completely ignored despite the written statements about the refund right. I have payment proof and can provide screenshots of the purchase and my refund requests if needed. I request the cancellation of my Ewa English application subscription and a full refund of the approximately 50 USD I paid, in line with the 14‑day refund promise shown in your advertisement and on your website.
