Ewa English Support Not Responding to Refund Request

On March 16, 2026, I purchased a one-year Premium subscription for $99.90 USD through the Ewa English website. At the time of purchase, it was clearly stated on their website that a no-questions-asked refund could be requested within 14 days.
On March 17, I decided to request a refund because I chose not to continue using the app and also noticed that the same subscription was being offered at a lower price. However, I could not find any section, instructions, or explanation on the app or website for cancellation or refunds. I made the payment with my credit card, and I did not receive any invoice or detailed transaction information via email.
For the past two days, I have contacted the support team via email multiple times, but I have not received any response, and my request has been completely ignored. Despite their stated 14-day unconditional refund policy, the lack of communication has caused me inconvenience.
I am requesting that the $99.90 USD I paid be refunded to my credit card as soon as possible, in accordance with their stated refund policy.
