Evolution Gaming Blackjack Allegedly Uses Bots to Influence Outcomes

I have been playing blackjack through Evolution Gaming for about one year. I do not believe the game operates with a fair element of chance. I no longer trust the system because it appears to work entirely against the player, and I have noticed what I strongly believe to be bot player interference.

At the blackjack tables, I have repeatedly seen illogical and constantly recurring outcomes that do not resemble normal gameplay at all. In particular, players that are very clearly bots seem to repeatedly influence the flow of the table, and the cards are dealt in parallel in a way that consistently disadvantages real users. This does not feel like a natural game flow—it feels as if the outcomes are pre-scripted.

During this period, I have suffered losses of approximately $158,000, and I believe a large portion of these losses are far beyond what can be explained by standard blackjack statistics. I have been unable to find any responsible party to address this issue—there has been no proper explanation and no satisfactory response.

I request that Evolution Gaming’s blackjack games be urgently audited by an independent authority, and that a detailed investigation be conducted into possible bot intervention and overall game fairness. I believe action must be taken to prevent people from thinking they are playing a fair game of chance while systematically losing money.
