On November 23, 2025, a 29-day chat restriction was placed on my account in Evolution Gaming’s Blackjack game without any stated reason. I believe my chat privileges were taken away without justification, even though I did not engage in any insults, profanity, or rule violations.

After experiencing this situation, I contacted in-game support and customer service, but no solution was provided, and my issue was not addressed. I was also not given a clear explanation regarding why this restriction was applied.

I request that my account be reviewed in detail, that this unjust 29-day chat restriction be lifted immediately, and that I be provided with a clear and written explanation regarding the reason for this action.
