Hello, within the last 1.5 weeks (though the precise date escapes me), I began building up my Etsy online business to create some revenue from online sales. Unfortunately, I had to shut down my computer before I could finish creating my store. As a student, I do not have infinite time to spend on the computer. Anyway, after a while, I returned to my computer, expecting to properly launch my Etsy shop. I was shocked to discover that my account had been suspended. Despite rigorous inspections, including the spam folder, I never received an email detailing the cause for my suspension. Frustrated, I filed a complaint with Etsy. To my dismay, my appeal was denied and my account was permanently suspended. I am not sure if this is temporary, but I am currently unable to file a second appeal. I believe I performed no activities that resulted in the suspension of my account, as I thoroughly verified before and after the suspension. As I sought to create my small business and improve my skills in online commerce, Etsy's seemingly unjustified permanent suspension demonstrates a disregard for its users.
