My Etsy Account Was Suspended Twice Without Reason

Last month, I set up a seller account on Etsy. However, to my disappointment, my account got suspended just a few days later. I sent an email requesting an appeal, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response. I decided to delete the account because it was still under review and hadn't been deleted yet. I created a fresh account prior to the removal, but unfortunately, it got suspended before I had the chance to utilize it. Could you assist me in resolving this matter? I'm not sure where I went wrong with the terms.
