Etsy Shop Suspended for Unpaid Fee - Payment Made, Account Still Closed


My Etsy seller account was suddenly suspended owing to an unpaid charge. Unfortunately, I was ignorant of the outstanding balance, which led to the suspension. After making the payment, I was notified that my account will be reinstated. Despite promptly paying the amount, my account remains suspended, and I have received no answer from Etsy support regarding the matter.
This circumstance has severely disrupted my business operations, prohibiting me from managing listings, replying to client requests, and processing orders. I am really concerned with Etsy support's lack of communication and the continued suspension of my account despite meeting the payment requirement.
I respectfully want aid in fixing this issue. Please advise on the actions required to reopen my Etsy seller account and provide a clear reason for the delay in reactivating it.
