Etsy Account Suspension & No Resolution

On March 9th, my Etsy account was immediately suspended without explanation. I was told I would get a response within two weeks, but that date has gone with no communication from Etsy.
Frustrated by the lack of progress, I filed an appeal in the hopes of speeding up the outcome. However, I was told that the appeal procedure would take an additional two weeks.
This protracted suspension has generated severe concerns, as my credit card is still attached to my Etsy account. I am concerned that if this problem continues and unauthorized payments are made to my card, I will be obliged to take legal action.
I respectfully request immediate attention to this situation. Please offer a clear explanation of my account suspension and expedite the appeal process. I also demand that my credit card information be deleted from my account until the suspension is lifted.
