Etsy's Poor Service Quality and Delayed Responses

Etsy's service quality is incredibly disappointing, and their delayed responses are unacceptable. They seem to give everyone different excuses while taking advantage of people’s hard work. I paid for a service for a month, and after 10 days, they told me they would start addressing the issue once their research was complete. It wasn’t until the 28th day, after I repeatedly pushed for an answer, that they finally responded. Their supposed assistant told me that the person in charge had gone to the military, and they claimed the issue was resolved. This lack of professionalism and accountability is frustrating. Etsy needs to step up and provide timely, quality service. I’m left feeling completely dissatisfied with their support.
