Etsy Account Suspension Removal Request

It has been a couple of months since my Etsy account was suspended. I am required to submit an appeal every fortnight. Up until now, I've likely made countless appeals. I addressed the concerns mentioned in the emails, made the payment manually instead of using auto-debit, but the option to appeal is still available, and it's quite tiring. I'm uncertain about any potential errors I may have made since I'm not provided with that information. Unfortunately, live support is not available. Could you lend me a hand with this?
