My wife and I stayed at the hotel in the deluxe room with a jacuzzi concept for our honeymoon from November 9-11, 2024, for two nights. The standard room price was around ₺8,000, but since it was our honeymoon, we opted for the jacuzzi room, paying over ₺12,000. However, during these three days, we couldn't use the jacuzzi at all because the water was lukewarm. We informed the hotel staff about the issue, but they didn’t resolve it. We booked the hotel through Etstur and reported the issue to their representative as well. They said they would look into it, but the problem was never fixed.
