ETS Charged Different Prices for the Same Dubai Tour in One Booking
On January 20, I went to the ETS Tur agency located inside Istanbul Skycity Shopping Mall to purchase a Dubai tour. I requested four tour packages at the price advertised by ETS. However, during this single transaction, only two of the four tickets were priced at the advertised rate, while the other two tickets were priced €110 higher per person.
In other words, for the same tour and the same reservation made at the same time, an additional charge was applied to two people without any reasonable or clear explanation. As soon as I noticed this inconsistency, I objected by contacting both the ETS call center and the sales representative at the agency. Despite this, I was not given a clear or satisfactory explanation, and my issue was not resolved.
I do not consider it fair or transparent to apply different prices to different people within the same booking. My expectation from ETS is that the transaction be processed in accordance with the price they publicly advertised for the tour. For this reason, I request a refund of the unfairly charged €110 per person price difference. If this is not possible, I ask that my inconvenience be compensated by providing free additional services of equivalent value.
