Etihad Damaged Suitcase - No Repair Service, Demanding Refund
On October 3, 2025, after my Etihad flight from Abu Dhabi to Istanbul Airport, I noticed that my suitcase was damaged. I immediately reported the situation to the airport authorities, and a report was filed. However, I was told that I needed to have the suitcase repaired within seven days and email the company. Unfortunately, there was no repair service available where I was staying, so I had to purchase a new suitcase, for which I paid ₺6,000. I request that my grievance be resolved and that the cost of the new suitcase be reimbursed. I kindly ask for the necessary support to be provided.
