Etihad Airways Confirmation Number Missing

I booked an Etihad flight from Tel Aviv to Hanoi scheduled for 20 November 2026 and paid 1,300 USD by credit card on 25 March. The amount has already been charged and appears on my credit card transaction history, but I have not received any booking confirmation number or receipt from Etihad. At this point, I do not have any proof of the booking or a confirmation that my ticket is valid, even though the payment was successfully processed. I have checked my email, including spam and promotions folders, and still have not received any confirmation from the airline. I request that Etihad urgently send me the full booking confirmation, including the confirmation number and receipt for the payment of 1,300 USD, and explicitly confirm that my ticket for the Tel Aviv–Hanoi flight on 20 November 2026 is valid and correctly issued.
