Etihad Airways Charged But No Ticket Or PNR Issued

On 4 February, I tried to book an Etihad Airways flight from Bangalore to Abu Dhabi through your system. After completing the payment of 2,171.63 AED with my debit card, the page did not show any booking confirmation, and I also did not receive any confirmation email or PNR. However, the amount was successfully debited from my account. The bank reference number for this transaction is S65010821. Since I had no confirmation or ticket, I attempted to contact Etihad Airways through multiple channels, but I could not connect to customer service or file a complaint because I did not have a PNR or any email reference from your side. Due to this, I was forced to book another flight and have already completed my travel. Given that I never received a ticket or any booking confirmation despite the payment being taken, I request a full refund of 2,171.63 AED to the same debit card used for this transaction. I kindly ask that this issue be investigated urgently and the refund be processed as soon as possible.
