On March 29, 2023, I underwent a hair transplant operation at Bursa Estetik International Hospital, performed by the team led by M******* H***. A total of 4500 hair grafts were transplanted, and the process began. I used three boxes of Aga-E tablet vitamins and two boxes of minoxidil; my usage lasted for a total of six months, yet my hair did not grow as desired during this period. When I went for a check-up in Istanbul on October 18, 2023, I learned that M******* H*** was not in Istanbul, and due to misinformation from H***'s assistant, one of my days was wasted. Later, at the beginning of the tenth month, when I realized that my hair had not grown even half as much as desired, I was advised to use the hormone-risky drug Proscar. I was instructed to discontinue the medication immediately and visit the hospital if I experienced any hormonal changes or reactions in my body. Otherwise, I was told to use the medication for 45 days and come for a check-up, maintaining continuous communication during this period. On March 8, 2024, I went to Istanbul Estetik International Hospital to discuss the stage where I stopped using the hormone medication and evaluate the current situation. My appointment was at 13:30, and I arrived at 13:10. I was told to wait for 15 minutes, but it was already 14:00 and M******* H*** did not show up. The assistant I met for the first time kept delaying, saying 'another 10 minutes'. I mentioned that I had another appointment at a different hospital and couldn't wait any longer, but I was asked to wait until 15:00. This was extremely disrespectful. It had been almost a year since my hair transplant, and my hair had not grown. Moreover, I had used many serious medications, and I had come for a result discussion, but there was zero attention and care. I express my dissatisfaction; despite all these efforts and medication use, it is unacceptable that my hair has not grown even half as much as desired. I demand that the necessary action be taken for my hair not reaching the expected level.
