Allianz Insurance Delayed My Urgent Surgery by Not Approving

I submitted an application to the orthopedic service on May 6, 2024, citing pain in my lower leg that felt like muscle soreness. Dr. E*** Ç*** Ö***** requested a "Color Dooppler," stating that he was unable to detect a pulse during the control and that the pain could not be coming from muscles. The date of these photos is June 24, 2024. Consequently, an occlusion of an arterial vessel was found in the right leg's groin area. I was instructed to proceed to the department of cardiovascular surgery during this process. On July 19, 2024, I visited the cardiovascular surgery department of Yedikule Chest Diseases Hospital. I was told that this hospital did not have the space to perform these procedures and that I should apply to another hospital. Here, at the doctor's request, an urgent CT-angiography was performed, and the images clearly showed that the vein was blocked and should be opened with an operation. I requested treatment from the Cardiovascular Surgery Department of the Private Medicana Hospitals-Bahçelievler Hospital on July 20, 2024, as I was informed that it was urgent. In order to use my Complementary Health Insurance for the hospital procedure, I applied to Allianz Insurance through the hospital. Epiciriz and the examination reports from Yedikule Chest Hospital on September 1, 2023, and Dr. S*** K**** State Hospital on February 2, 2024, were the insurance company's initial response. On July 23, 2024, these forms were finished and submitted to Allianz Insurance via the hospital. When I applied for the insurance, I disclosed on the form that I have asthma and high blood pressure. Nevertheless, the examination's reasons were listed as "45.9 - asthma, undefined, I10 - sensational (primary) hypertension R06.0 - dyspnea I49.9 - cardiac arrhythmia, undefined" in the documents that I was asked to provide. - obesity, other (E66.8)" I first filed a complaint on June 24, 2024. A thorough diagnosis was made on July 20, 2024. Allianz Insurance was contacted on July 22, 2024, to request approval for the procedure. This arterial vein occlusion has never caused me any discomfort before. Allianz Sigorta a. \. refuses to pay for my Angio operation despite these documents, offering no explanation and refusing to even accept an interlocutor. This insurance should not be taken lightly; millions of people have experienced similar treatment.

Allianz Insurance Inc. Complementary Health Insurance lie - On 05.06.2024, I approached the orthopedics department with a pain similar to muscle pain in the lower part of my leg. During the examination by Dr. E** Ç** Ö***, I was told that they could not detect a pulse in my foot and that it could not be muscle pain, and a "Color Doppler" was requested. These scans were performed on 24.06.2024. As a result, an arterial blockage was detected in the groin area of my right leg. I was advised to visit the cardiovascular surgery department. Therefore, I went to the Yedikule Chest Diseases Hospital - Cardiovascular Surgery department on 19.07.2024. Here, an emergency CT angiography was performed at the doctor's request, and the images clearly showed that the artery was blocked and needed to be opened through surgery. However, I was informed that the hospital did not have the facilities to perform this procedure and that I needed to apply to another hospital. Since it was urgent, on 20.07.2024, I applied for treatment at the Cardiovascular Surgery department of Private Medicana Hospitals-Bahçelievler Hospital. To benefit from my Complementary Health Insurance for the procedure, the hospital applied to Allianz Insurance on my behalf. The first response from the insurance was on 01.09.2023, requesting an epicrisis and examination report from Yedikule Chest Hospital and on 02.02.2024 from Dr. S** Konuk State Hospital. These documents were completed and sent to Allianz Insurance via the hospital on 23.07.2024. I had stated on the form when taking out the insurance that I was a patient with high blood pressure and asthma. However, the requested documents included diagnoses such as "45.9 - asthma, unspecified, I10 - essential (primary) hypertension, R06.0 - dyspnea, I49.9 - cardiac arrhythmia, unspecified, E66.8 - obesity, other." My complaint started on 24.06.2024. A definitive diagnosis was made on 20.07.2024. On 22.07.2024, approval was requested from Allianz Insurance for the procedure. Prior to this, I had no issues related to this arterial blockage. Despite these documents, Allianz Insurance Inc. is refusing to cover my angiography operation without providing any reason and is not even acknowledging my case.
