Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye Product Triggered Eczema and Irritation

I purchased the Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye Cream as part of a skincare set from a duty-free store at the airport. When I used the product for the first time, I experienced severe redness, swelling, and eczema-like irritation around my eyes. When I tried it a second time, the symptoms became even worse.

Although I no longer have the receipt, I still have the product and the rest of the set in my possession. It’s very disappointing and concerning that a high-end skincare product caused such a strong allergic and inflammatory reaction on my skin.

I would like to know how Estée Lauder can assist me in resolving this issue and whether I can have the product examined or replaced. I’m requesting support and guidance on how to proceed with this complaint and my experience.
