Estee Lauder Eye Cream Caused Severe Allergy and Eczema Reaction

I used Estee Lauder’s eye cream, and it caused a severe allergic reaction and eczema around my eyes. My under-eye area is now swollen, dry, and wrinkled, making me look much older. I've spent ₺3500 on a dermatologist and an additional ₺2000 on medications to try to resolve this, but the pain and discomfort continue. I am genuinely worried about long-term damage and the potential need for surgery if this doesn’t improve. This experience has been distressing, both physically and financially. I expect Estee Lauder to address this issue immediately and cover these unexpected medical expenses due to the reaction.
