Estee Lauder SPF 50 Sunscreen Caused Redness and Failed to Protect My Skin

I’ve been a loyal user of Estee Lauder for years and have had great experiences with many of their products. I’ve even included photos to show the range I use. Their skincare typically delivers on its promises, helping my skin stay balanced and healthy. But the Estee Lauder sunscreen with SPF 50 has been a complete letdown.
We’re not even in the peak of summer—it's still the transitional season, and the weather in Ankara has been partly cloudy with occasional rain. Despite this, and the fact that I was only outside for a few hours, my skin reacted badly. My nose and forehead turned visibly red, and I’m someone with wheat-toned skin that usually doesn’t burn easily.
If this product claims to provide high protection (SPF 50), then it should work in moderate springtime weather. Clearly, it didn’t. I don’t believe this sunscreen offers the protection it claims, and that’s a serious concern for a premium brand.
Estee Lauder, this formula needs urgent review. I’m asking you to investigate and reformulate this product to meet its SPF claims. Customers pay top prices expecting quality and results—not irritation and false promises. Please address this issue.
