I purchased the Estée Lauder Futurist Brightening Skincealer Concealer, trusting the brand’s reputation and claims about skin benefits. However, shortly after I started using it, I experienced serious dryness around my eyes, including both my eyelids and under-eye area. Concerned, I immediately stopped using the product—and the dryness went away.
Once my skin healed, I decided to give it another try just to be sure it was the cause. Unfortunately, the same skin irritation came back, proving it was definitely triggered by the concealer. I sent the product back to the store for evaluation, but I still haven’t received a clear explanation or solution.
It’s extremely disappointing and concerning that a product from such a well-known and high-end brand would cause such a reaction. I expect better quality control and transparency. Estée Lauder should take customer feedback seriously and review the formulation of this concealer. I request a full explanation and a resolution for this issue as soon as possible.
