Estée Lauder Perfume Pump Not Working

I am having a problem with the pump on the perfume I bought from Estée Lauder's website. I reached out to customer service, but despite the considerable amount of time that has elapsed, they have yet to take any action. It is disheartening to see a company of this size not supporting their products and labeling them as 'trash' after just six months. I have made the decision to no longer support this brand that I have been loyal to for many years. To avoid encountering similar problems, keep this in mind when purchasing their products.
