Estée Lauder Product Caused Severe Skin Reaction

On February 4, I received my Estée Lauder product and used it in small amounts for two days. Despite minimal application, my skin experienced a severe reaction, including burning, dryness, peeling, and redness in multiple areas on my face.

When I contacted Estée Lauder customer service, they simply redirected me to Trendyol Assistant, where I originally purchased the product. This is completely unacceptable! I trusted Estée Lauder’s quality, especially given the premium pricing, but instead, I ended up with damaged skin and no real assistance.

Estée Lauder, I demand an immediate resolution! A high-end product should not cause such issues, and customer service should take responsibility. Fix this problem now!
