Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Set Causes Eczema Reaction

I purchased the Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair 4-Piece Set from an Estee Lauder seller on February 5, 2024. After using the eye cream, I developed eczema around my eyes, particularly on my entire right eyelid and under my left eye. I was shocked to see such a severe reaction from products I paid a high price for from such a reputable brand. My dermatologist urgently advised me to stop using the cream and started medical treatment.
This experience has been very disappointing, and I did not expect such an adverse reaction from Estee Lauder. I hope to receive a resolution regarding this issue, as it is concerning that a product designed for skincare can lead to such severe reactions. Thank you!
