Estée Lauder Double Wear Reformulation Triggers Severe Flaking and Patchy Coverage

I would like to state that the formulation of Estée Lauder Double Wear foundation, which I have loved and used for a long time, has changed, and I am completely unsatisfied with this new formula. I purchased the product on May 10, 2026, from the Boyner store on the ground floor of Şanlıurfa Piazza AVM. Since I had used this exact foundation multiple times in the past without any issues, I repurchased it with confidence, but I began experiencing serious problems with this new bottle.

Whenever I apply the new formula, it causes noticeable flaking and cracking on my face, leaving a textured, peeling finish on my skin. Furthermore, while the foundation used to stay on all day without any problems, it now runs very easily, offers significantly lower coverage, and performs noticeably worse than before. This both bothers me visually and makes the product unusable due to the constant need for touch-ups.

I am deeply disappointed that a product I was satisfied with for so long has changed so drastically for the worse. I request an investigation into why there is such a major drop from its previous performance, necessary quality checks on my bottle along with an explanation, and a proper resolution to my grievance.
