I have been using Estee Lauder's 'Advanced Night Repair Eye Concentrate Matrix' eye cream regularly for 7 days, purchased from the original seller. During this time, I did not use any other eye cream. On the evening of the seventh day, I couldn't believe what I saw: many small pimples, redness, itching, and a deep wrinkle line appeared under my eyes. These complaints have continued for three days now, accompanied by a terrible burning sensation. Later, I searched online to see if others had similar experiences, both in Turkish and English, and found hundreds of people suffering from the same complaint. It's unbelievable that this brand, which we trust and pay so much for, continues to market this product despite so many complaints. Moreover, I also sent an email through their website reporting the issue, but their responses were not helpful at all.
