On June 1st, I purchased Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Serum and Eye Serum from the Sephora store at Emaar Üsküdar. The gentleman at the store highly recommended these products. Since then, I have been using them every night and morning as instructed. However, I have experienced burning, followed by bruising and crusting around my eye area, eyelids, forehead, and near my cheekbones. This experience has been incredibly distressing, especially considering the substantial amount I paid for these products from such a reputable brand. Even blinking my left eye causes discomfort. I have been using medication for the past two days to alleviate the symptoms. I request immediate support and a refund from Estee Lauder. I am willing to return the products wherever necessary.
