I recently purchased the Estee Lauder Night Serum from the Emaar Sephora store, expecting a premium product to enhance my skin over time. I was advised to use it consistently for at least four months to see effective results. However, by my third week of use, I started developing a third painful pimple on my face. Instead of improving my complexion, the serum began triggering painful, inflamed acne. After noticing these issues, I even took a break for one or two days following the second week, hoping my skin would recover. Yet, when I resumed using the serum, a new pimple formed right under my eye. I invested a significant amount in this product with high expectations, only to be met with disappointing and painful results. I urge Estee Lauder to address this critical issue immediately and provide a viable solution for affected customers.
