Planet Essence Botulux Cream Caused Facial Swelling and Severe Itching

On the evening of September 28, shortly after applying Planet Essence Botulux 30+ Day and Night Cream, 50 ml, to my face, I developed swelling and intense itching, first on my cheek and then around my eyes. My eyelids became visibly red and swollen.

As my symptoms worsened, I sought medical attention and was diagnosed with an allergic reaction. I received allergy injections and treatment. The treatment process and the symptoms I experienced negatively affected both my daily life and my emotional well-being. The photos attached to my complaint clearly show the swelling and redness around my eyes.

I purchased the product from Gratis. Therefore, I request that both the manufacturer and the retailer investigate this allergic reaction, examine the product's ingredients if necessary, and take appropriate measures to prevent similar incidents from happening again. I also request reimbursement for the costs and damages resulting from my doctor's visit, medication, and the distress I experienced, as well as a refund for the product itself.

I expect a written explanation regarding this negative experience and a transparent handling of the complaint.
