Essence Concealer Has Less Product Than Before

I’ve been using Essence concealer for years, and it was always fully filled, but now I’ve noticed that about 25% of the product is missing right from the start. I can’t tell if the formula has changed, if it’s defective, or if Essence has simply reduced the amount without informing customers.

This was never an issue before, so why is it happening now? If the product has been downsized, customers deserve to know the truth. If it’s a defect, then Essence needs to fix the quality control immediately.

I expect a clear explanation. Has anyone else noticed this change? Essence, respond and clarify what’s going on!
