HP Does Not Provide Technical Support For Printer Error


I recently bought an Epson D1000 printing machine. I'm experiencing some issues with counting prints. There seems to be an issue with the counting process where certain prints are being counted twice, while trimmings are being mistakenly included in the count as prints. The print counting software is not functioning properly. As an illustration, when 10 prints are made, the device displays 14-15 prints. We need a solution right away.
