The actual shipping cost was different from the estimated cost for my cart which included a basketball and several t-shirts were my most recent online purchases. I was asking a shipment to Florida, in order to stick to my budget, I had depended on the estimated costs given during checkout. I felt misled, though, by the disparity between the estimated and actual shipping costs. Estimated shipping costs are just that: estimates. However, I was hoping for a more precise match between the two. Because of this disparity, I am now skeptical of the reliability of the company's shipping estimates going forward, and my shopping experience has been negatively affected as a whole,also if it’s still going to be a surprise just leave it that way.
