On February 8, 2026, two transactions were made without my knowledge or authorization through my VakıfBank World credit card by a company called Epic Games Store, based in Lucerne, Switzerland. These transactions appear in my statement as $43 and $76, with the description “EPC*EPIC Games Store Luzern gh.” These charges were made using my card without my permission, and I have never made any purchases from this company before.
Even though these amounts were charged to my credit card, I did not receive any SMS or email notification regarding the transactions. At that time, my card was enabled for online purchases, but after noticing the issue, I disabled this feature the same day. On February 8, 2026, I immediately contacted my bank’s customer service and reported the situation, but I have not received any response so far.
I request that all of these unauthorized charges be refunded immediately and that the security of my card be ensured as soon as possible. I expect my inconvenience to be resolved urgently, and I would like to clearly state that I will file a criminal complaint with the prosecutor’s office if the issue is not addressed.
