Epic Games Store Charged My Card but Didn’t Deliver Dead Space

On December 1, 2025, I made a payment of $7 for the game Dead Space using my VakıfBank debit card through the Epic Games Store mobile website. Even though the amount was successfully charged to my account, the game was not added to my Epic Games account and does not appear in my library. The reference number for this transaction is 21234533555141687.

Within two days after the payment, I contacted customer support twice and shared both the payment SMS and the transaction receipt. However, on both occasions I received inadequate and negative responses, and the issue was not resolved. Despite the payment being taken, I still cannot access the content I purchased, and I continue to experience financial loss.

I request that Dead Space be fully added to my Epic Games account. If this is not possible, I demand that the $7 charge be refunded to my debit card. Otherwise, I would like to state that I am considering escalating this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board and, if necessary, to the Consumer Court.
