I’ve been trying to purchase The Sims 4 and its expansion packs on Epic Games, but I constantly encounter the error messages: "Looks like something went wrong" and "Please make purchase in your own country region." I’ve attempted to resolve this by using five different cards, yet the issue persists.

This is the first time I’ve faced such a problem on the platform, and it’s incredibly frustrating not being able to complete the purchase despite multiple attempts. I need assistance urgently to fix this issue so I can finally buy the game and its packs. Epic Games, please resolve this problem as soon as possible!
