Google Pay Not Working on Epic Games for Over a Month

For a long time, I’ve been trying to make purchases through the Epic Games app using Google Pay, just as I always have. Even though I have sufficient balance in my account, for nearly one month, and despite trying dozens of times, I keep receiving the error message: “We can’t complete this transaction right now. Please try again later.” I’ve encountered this issue with different games. Most recently, when I tried to purchase Crysis 3 Remastered, I received the same error again.

During this process, no payment is completed and no money is deducted from my account, but I’m also unable to use the funds in my Google Pay balance. I learned that the issue is not caused by Epic Games but appears to be on the Google Pay side. However, I’ve been unable to find any effective communication channel to contact Google Pay support.

Because this error has remained unresolved for about one month, I’m losing time and cannot use my available balance. I request a clear explanation of what is causing this issue and that it be permanently resolved as soon as possible so I can use the funds in my Google Pay account without any problems.
