Epic Games Support Not Responding After Account Was Hijacked

My Epic Games PC account was taken over without my knowledge or permission on November 19, 2025, while I was serving in the military. The email address and password registered to my account were changed, and as a result, I am completely unable to access my account. I only became aware of this situation on November 26, 2025, and I have not been able to log in since then.

I have spent a total of approximately $936 on this account over time, and it has significant financial and personal value to me. I submitted a written request to Epic Games Support, but I have not received any response.

I know my original email address, and I am ready to complete any required identity verification or security checks. I request that Epic Games review my case, perform the necessary investigations, and fully restore my Epic Games PC account to me.
