Cannot Refund FC 25 on Epic Games Despite Unclear Playtime Policy
A week ago, I purchased FC 25 from Epic Games, but now I am unable to request a refund. Even though most of my playtime was spent adjusting game settings and controller configurations, my request was denied because I had exceeded 2 hours of playtime.
Nowhere on the purchase screen was there a clear warning stating that refunds would be impossible after 2 hours of gameplay. Had I known this beforehand, I would have been more cautious. This lack of transparency is unfair, and I expect a proper resolution.
I request a full refund for the game. If I do not receive a response from Epic Games, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board. Epic Games, honor your refund policy fairly and resolve this issue!
