Epic Games Refund Button Missing for GTA V Enhanced Purchase
On February 20, I purchased Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced through Epic Games. I have not played the game at all—my library still shows 0 hours played, and the purchase is still within the refund eligibility period.
Despite meeting all of these conditions, the automatic refund button does not appear in my account, which prevents me from submitting a refund request through the system. I have not violated any rules and have not exceeded the allowed playtime, yet the refund option is not available, which has caused me inconvenience.
I request that the amount I paid for Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced be refunded to my account in accordance with Epic Games’ refund policy.
