On 18.11.2024 at 02:30:38, I bought a game and two additional games from Epic Games with a 100% discount, but sadly, I can't access any of them. I hoped that the issue would fix itself if I checked the purchases section once more, but there was no change. I've been struggling for nearly a week to access my recent purchases, and it's very frustrating. It is quite disturbing to encounter such a problem on a platform where I anticipate dependability and straightforward access to my purchased content. I attempted to contact customer support regarding the issue, but unfortunately, I haven't heard back yet. This situation needs immediate attention, as it has significantly impacted my confidence in the platform.
