About six days ago, the email address linked to my Epic Games account was changed without my permission or knowledge, and since then, I’ve been unable to access my account. I still have all the relevant information from before the breach — including my previous passwords, billing details, and card information associated with the account.
As soon as I noticed the unauthorized change, I immediately submitted a support form to Epic Games, explaining the situation in detail. However, I haven’t received any response to this day. I’ve tried logging in through the website, as well as the mobile and desktop apps, but I’m completely locked out.
I urgently request that my account be secured and that access be restored to me as soon as possible.
Attached is a screenshot showing the unauthorized email address (a temporary or disposable email) that replaced mine. This change was not made by me, and I never received any SMS or email notification about the modification — neither a verification request nor a confirmation message from Epic Games.
